Retiikululum is a term used in materials science and biology to describe a net-like, reticulated microstructure consisting of interconnected nodes and struts. The name derives from reticulum, the Latin for small net, and is used to convey a specific, highly connected geometry that balances porosity with mechanical integrity.

In porous materials, retiikululum characterizes lattices and foams where the network connectivity yields high surface area and open porosity.
