Ravimallergiates, often referred to as drug allergies, are adverse immune system reactions to medications. In cases of anaphylaxis, emergency treatment with epinephrine is crucial. Once a drug allergy is diagnosed, it is important to inform all healthcare providers to prevent future exposure and potential severe reactions. Alternative medications that are structurally different from the allergen are usually safe to use.
