Raporteerid is a term used in Estonian to describe individuals who report information to a supervisor or higher level within an organization. The standard noun for such people in Estonian is raporteerijad; raporteerid is more commonly encountered as a verb form meaning “you report” but may appear in organizational texts as shorthand for the people who perform reporting. The concept arises from the verb raporteerima, to report. In a typical hierarchy, raporteerid are the subordinates in a reporting line and are responsible for collecting, summarizing, and presenting data about tasks, progress, performance, or incidents to their superiors.
