Perqëndruar is an Albanian adjective and past participle used with the sense of being focused or concentrated. It derives from the verb përqëndro, which means to concentrate or direct attention. The term is applied to people who direct their attention or effort toward a task, as well as to substances or processes that have been made more concentrated in a given context.

In everyday language, përqëndruar describes mental focus. Examples include: “Ai është i përqëndruar në detyrën e tij” (He is focused on his task) and “Ajo është tepër e përqëndruar në studimet e saj” (She is very focused on her studies). In scientific or technical contexts, the word can relate to the idea of concentration, often linked to the noun përqëndrim, which denotes the amount of a substance per unit volume or, more generally, a state of focused attention depending on the context.

Grammatical use follows standard Albanian agreement rules. The masculine singular form appears as i përqëndruar, the feminine singular as e përqëndruar, with plural forms adapting to the noun they modify.
