pártban
Pártban is the inessive form of the Hungarian noun párt, meaning “in the party.” It is formed by adding the suffix -ban to the stem, resulting in pártban. The suffix follows Hungarian vowel harmony, so since párt ends with a back vowel, -ban is used rather than -ben.
