Prokeraatti is a term used in Finnish-language sources to denote the office or authority connected with the grant and exercise of prokura, a formal power of attorney used by companies to represent them in business matters. The term is most often found in historical or archival contexts, and in everyday contemporary usage the concept is usually described with related terms such as prokuristi (the person who holds prokura) or simply power of attorney.

Prokura is a specialized form of authorization tied to a company's legal personality. It can be general, allowing broad authority to act for the company, or limited to specific acts or areas.
