Produtatiivne is an Estonian adjective meaning productive, capable of producing results or outputs. In everyday language it describes things that yield useful results efficiently, such as a productive day, a productive workflow, or productive work practices. The term can also be used more broadly to denote effectiveness or efficiency in a process, project, or system.

In linguistics, produtatiivne describes a rule, pattern, or morphological process that is capable of forming new words or word forms. A productive derivational or compounding process can generate novel lexemes with relative ease, which makes it a key concept in studying how languages evolve and how speakers create new terms.
