Producerek is a nonstandard Polish noun some speakers use to refer to a female producer, formed as a feminine counterpart of the masculine noun producent. The more common and grammatically standard feminine is producentka. Producerek is therefore not widely recognized in formal Polish and mainly appears in informal speech, online discussions, and certain media contexts where a playful or emphatic effect is desired.

The term reflects a broader pattern in which gendered forms of professional titles are created or adapted in contemporary Polish, often to emphasize gender or informality. Because producerek is not part of standard dictionaries, its acceptability varies by audience and setting: it may be understood as lighthearted, trendy, or informal, but can also be viewed as nonstandard or inappropriate in formal writing.

For clear communication in formal or neutral contexts, use producent for a male or producentka for a female, alternating with the English equivalents when appropriate. In bilingual texts, the English "producer" is common, sometimes accompanied by a gendered clarification.
