perselyek

Perselyek are machine components designed to support rotating shafts while minimizing friction and wear. They primarily function as plain bearings or bushings, carrying radial loads and, in some designs, axial loads. In common usage, perselyek refer to sleeves or bushings installed in a housing; rolling-element bearings (ball and roller bearings) are a related, but distinct, category.

Materials and construction vary by application. Typical plain bearing materials include bronze and babbitt alloys, steel-backed bronze, and polymer or composite sleeves. Sleeves may be lined with softer metals or solid lubricants to improve wear resistance and reduce friction. Materials are chosen for load capacity, temperature, corrosion resistance, and wear characteristics. Some high-performance perselyek use ceramic or advanced composites, especially in high-temperature or low-maintenance environments. Lubrication is a key design factor: many perselyek are lubricated with oil or grease to create a hydrodynamic or boundary film; self-lubricating variants use solid lubricants such as PTFE or graphite.

Design and maintenance considerations. Perselyek are manufactured to precise inner diameters and tolerances to maintain proper clearance with the shaft and to ensure reliable lubrication film formation. They may be press-fitted into housings, or slid into place as replaceable bushings. Regular maintenance involves monitoring wear, measuring clearance, and replacing worn bushings. Correct lubrication, alignment, and cleanliness are essential to extend service life and prevent premature failure.
