Perfuusion is not a standard term in medical literature and is most often a misspelling of perfusion, the process by which a liquid flows through tissues or vasculature.

Perfusion in physiology denotes blood flow to tissues, delivering oxygen and nutrients while removing waste. In laboratory and experimental settings, perfusion may describe the controlled delivery of a perfusate through a tissue, organ, or bioreactor to maintain viability of cells or tissues, or to study flow-related processes.
