Peilisymmetria, also known as mirror symmetry, is a fundamental concept in geometry and mathematics. It describes a relationship between two objects where one object can be transformed into the other by a reflection across a line or a plane. In two dimensions, this reflection occurs across a line, often called the axis of symmetry. If a shape is peilisymmetria, it means that if you fold it along its axis of symmetry, the two halves will perfectly match. This implies that for every point on one side of the axis, there is a corresponding point on the other side at an equal distance from the axis, directly opposite.
In three dimensions, peilisymmetria is defined by a plane of symmetry. An object possesses a plane of
