pazakonshëm

It denotes that something contravenes constitutional provisions, rights, or principles, and thus cannot stand within a constitutional order.

Etymology and meaning: The term derives from pa- meaning "without" and zakon meaning "law," with the suffix -shëm forming an adjective.
