Partnerségre is a Hungarian legal term that refers to the act of entering into a partnership, typically a person or entity becoming a partner in a business. The term is used both in everyday language to describe the transition of ownership or control and in formal legal contexts when parties agree to share profits, liabilities, and management duties.

Under Hungarian commercial law, the most common form of partnership is the *társasági partnerség* (several types: *korlátolt felelősségű társaság* – a limited liability partnership, *gyorstársaság* – a general partnership, and *készítését*). Each type has distinct requirements. For example, a ßor partnership requires a written agreement that states the capital contributions, profit shares, and the scope of each partner’s responsibility. The fonds contributions can be cash or kind and the terms of dissolution are also set in the contract.
