Overenskomster, or collective agreements, are legally binding agreements negotiated between employers (often represented by employers’ associations) and trade unions on behalf of employees. They set terms and conditions of employment for workers within a particular sector, industry, or company, and they function as a framework governing wages, working hours, vacation, overtime, pensions, training, job security, and dispute resolution.

with

applicable
laws
and
procedures.
