Ostuõigusega refers to a legal concept in Estonia that grants a specific party the right to purchase a property under predefined terms. This right is typically established through a contract, often a preliminary agreement or a specific clause within a larger real estate transaction. The holder of the ostuõigusega, or the pre-emptive right, has the advantage of being able to buy the property before it is offered to other potential buyers, or under conditions that may be more favorable than those offered to the general market.
