Ortodoxii, also known as Orthodox Christians, are adherents of the Eastern Orthodox Church. This ancient branch of Christianity traces its roots back to the early Church established by Jesus Christ and his apostles. The Orthodox Church is a communion of autocephalous (self-governing) churches, each with its own head bishop.
