Nosilisele is a fictional character that appears in the works of J.R.R. Tolkien. She is a Maia, a being of spiritual nature, who serves the Vala Aulë, the Vala of crafts and smithwork. Nosilisele is primarily known for her role in the creation of the Dwarves.

According to Tolkien's lore, Aulë, impatient for the Children of Ilúvatar to awaken, fashioned the Seven Fathers of the Dwarves from stone. Ilúvatar, however, rebuked Aulë for this act of creation, stating that only he could give true life.
