Nietprolactinomen, also known as non-functioning pituitary adenomas, are a type of tumor that originates in the pituitary gland. Unlike prolactinomas, which produce excessive amounts of the hormone prolactin, nietprolactinomen do not secrete significant amounts of any pituitary hormone.
