neprosazovat

Neprosazovat is a Czech verb formed with the prefix ne- attached to prosazovat. It means to refrain from pushing through, promoting, or enforcing a proposal, policy, or position. In contrast to prosazovat (to push through or promote), neprosazovat denotes the absence of such effort or the failure to gain adoption. The related perfective form is prosadit, while neprosazovat expresses a lack of movement toward adoption or enforcement.
