Nehnutostí is a term found in Slovak and related languages referring to real estate or immovable property. The standard Slovak forms are nehnuteľnosť (singular) and nehnuteľností (genitive plural). In Czech, the comparable term is nemovitosti. The spelling nehnuteností may appear as a less common or nonstandard variant in some texts, but the concept remains immovable property.

Immovable property comprises land and structures permanently attached to it, along with related rights and resources that cannot be separated from the land. It typically includes the surface of land, buildings, and permanent installations, as well as certain rights tied to the land such as easements or mineral rights, depending on jurisdiction. Real estate is distinguished from movable property, such as vehicles or personal belongings.
