Nedvességhiányos is a Hungarian term that translates to "dehydrated" or "lacking moisture" in English. It describes a state where an organism, particularly a human or animal, has lost a significant amount of fluid from its body. This can occur due to various reasons, including insufficient fluid intake, excessive sweating, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, or certain medical conditions.

Symptoms of dehydration can range in severity and may include thirst, dry mouth, reduced urine output, fatigue, dizziness, and in severe cases, confusion, rapid heartbeat, and low blood pressure. The body relies on water for numerous essential functions, such as regulating body temperature, transporting nutrients, and lubricating joints.
