myoblasta
Myoblasta refers to undifferentiated or partially differentiated muscle precursor cells. These cells are the developmental origin of skeletal muscle fibers. Myoblasts are characterized by their ability to proliferate and then fuse with each other or with existing muscle fibers to form multinucleated myotubes, which subsequently mature into functional muscle. This process is known as myogenesis.
During embryonic development, myoblasts arise from the dermomyotome, a transient structure within the somites. These progenitor
In adult organisms, myoblasts persist in a quiescent state as satellite cells, located beneath the basal lamina
