modzieowej

Modzieowej is a term that appears in Polish texts as an inflected form related to fashion, but it is not a standard dictionary entry in contemporary Polish. The form is commonly treated as a mistaken or nonstandard variant of the standard feminine genitive singular adjective form modowej, which derives from the adjective modowy meaning fashion-related or stylish.

In correct usage, the feminine genitive singular is modowej. This form is used with feminine nouns to express “of fashion” or to indicate a relationship to fashion, especially in phrases describing sectors, items, or activities connected to fashion. Examples include branży modowej (the fashion industry), kolekcji modowej (a fashion collection), and projektantki modowej (a fashion designer, in phrases where the adjective agrees with a feminine noun).

The root idea behind both modowy and its inflected forms is the connection to moda, i.e., fashion.
