modellelik
Modellelik is a term used in some Nordic linguistic and design contexts to describe the quality or property of being model-like or suitable as a model. The word derives from modell (model) and lik (like) in Norwegian, Danish, and Swedish. In practice, it is used to discuss the degree of fidelity or representational accuracy of a model relative to its referent. In engineering and science, modelelik can refer to the extent to which a model captures essential features of the system being modeled, balancing simplicity with realism. In pedagogy and design, it can describe how well a simplified representation supports understanding or communication.
Usage and interpretation: Modellelik is often linked to concepts of fidelity, abstraction level, and generalizability. High
