MeetJitsi, often referred to by its domain meet.jit.si, is the public hosted instance of the Jitsi Meet videoconferencing platform. It provides free, browser-based meetings that do not require users to create an account and can be joined from a wide range of devices.

MeetJitsi is built on WebRTC and runs directly in a user’s web browser. The core video routing is handled by Jitsi Videobridge (a selective forwarding unit), while Jicofo coordinates conference focus and signaling.
