lõppkasutajaga
Lõppkasutajaga is an Estonian phrase meaning “with the end user.” It derives from lõppkasutaja (end user) and the comitative case suffix -ga, which marks accompaniment. The term is used to describe involvement or engagement of the person who will ultimately use a product or service in a process or decision making.
In design, development and service delivery, the emphasis on lõppkasutajaga reflects a user-centered or participatory approach.
Linguistic notes: It is used with singular referents; for multiple end users the form changes to lõppkasutajatega.
