koulutuksellisena

Koulutuksellisena is the essive form of the Finnish adjective koulutuksellinen, meaning educational or training-related. In this form it expresses a role, state, or capacity in which a person or thing is functioning, equivalent to “as an educational …” in English.

In Finnish grammar, the essive case conveys a temporary or contextual state of being. When formed from koulutuksellinen, the suffix -na (with the appropriate vowel harmony) yields koulutuksellisena. This form is typically used in predicative constructions or in phrases that describe someone or something in a specific capacity.
