Kiadók (singular: kiadó) is the Hungarian term for publishers or publishing houses. A kiadó is a person or company that prepares and releases printed or digital works, such as books, magazines, and digital content. The plural kiadók refers to the various publishing houses in Hungary and, less formally, to individual publishers. The noun stems from the verb kiadni, meaning to publish or issue.
