Kavoliniveto is a small municipality situated in the western part of Bosnia and Herzegovina, within the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina's region of Herzegovina. The settlement lies amid rolling hills and is surrounded by forested areas that contribute to its primarily agricultural land use. According to the 2013 national census, the population of Kavoliniveto is approximately 350 residents, and it is characterised by a mix of Bosniak and Croat ethnic groups. The municipality spans an area of roughly 45 square kilometres, and its terrain ranges from low-lying river valleys to higher elevations that reach more than 1,200 metres.
