Kanyarodási is a Hungarian term derived from kanyarodás (turning, bend). It functions as a nominalized adjective used to describe aspects related to turning and appears in various technical and academic contexts. The form is used across fields such as driving, road engineering, and linguistics to indicate relation to the act or process of turning.

In driving and traffic contexts, kanyarodási refers to the turning maneuver. Common compound terms include kanyarodási manőver (turning maneuver), balra kanyarodás or jobbra kanyarodás (left or right turn). When performing a kanyarodási manőver, a driver must observe signaling, appropriate speed, and spatial judgment to avoid conflicts with other vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists and to end the maneuver in the correct lane.
