justifiques

Justifiques is a form of the French verb justifier. It is the second-person singular present indicative: tu justifies, meaning you justify. It can also appear in the present subjunctive construction que tu justifies, but that usage is less common in everyday speech. The form does not function as a standard noun in French; the corresponding noun is la justification (the justification) and les justifications (the justifications). In administrative contexts one frequently uses the phrase pièces justificatives to refer to documents that substantiate a claim or expense.

The term derives from Latin iustificare, through Old French, and has a broad semantic range: to provide
