Juenniu is a term that appears to be a misspelling or a lesser-known variant of "jenny." A jenny, also known as a spinning jenny, is a multi-spindle spinning frame invented by James Hargreaves in Lancashire, England, around 1764. It was a significant innovation in the Industrial Revolution, drastically increasing the efficiency of cotton spinning.

The original spinning jenny had eight spindles, which were later increased to as many as eighty. This machine allowed a single worker to spin multiple threads simultaneously, a considerable improvement over the traditional spinning wheel which could only produce one thread at a time. The jenny worked by drawing out a single thread from the rovings (a loosely twisted strand of fibers) and then spinning it.
