An imperiumista is a person who advocates imperialism or the politics of empire-building. The term combines imperium, Latin for command or empire, with the suffix -ista, denoting a practitioner or believer. In many Romance-language contexts the more common term is imperialista, but imperiumista appears in some discussions, neologisms, or stylistic choices to emphasize the concept of imperium itself.

Imperialism seeks to extend a state's power and influence beyond its borders through military, economic, political, or cultural means. An imperiumista typically supports such expansion or dominance, framing it as national interest, security, or economic advantage, and may defend imperial networks, protectorates, or spheres of influence as legitimate instruments of state policy.
