Human Planet is a 2011 British nature documentary series produced by the BBC Natural History Unit. Narrated by John Hurt, Human Planet showcases a variety of human cultures and their unique relationships with their surroundings, from the Arctic to the desert, the jungle to the ocean. It was filmed over three years in 80 locations across all continents and features over 1000 interviews.
