Hedelmöityshoitotekniikat, commonly known as assisted reproductive technologies (ART), are medical procedures used to help individuals and couples achieve pregnancy when natural conception is difficult. These techniques involve the manipulation of eggs, sperm, and embryos in a laboratory setting. The most well-known and widely used ART method is in vitro fertilization (IVF). While ART has enabled many to build families, it is a complex process that involves medical interventions, emotional considerations, and financial costs.
