A golfklubba, or golf club, is one of the primary tools used to hit the golf ball in the sport of golf. Each club combines a grip, a shaft and a clubhead designed for different shots. Players usually carry a set of clubs in a golf bag, and the Rules of Golf restrict the total number of clubs a player may use to 14.

The most common categories are drivers, fairway woods, irons, wedges and putters. Hybrids are increasingly used as substitutes for long irons. The clubs differ mainly in loft and forgiveness: drivers and woods promote distance, irons cover mid to short range, wedges manage high-trajectory approach shots, and putters are designed for rolling the ball on the greens.

Modern golf club heads are typically made of metal alloys, with drivers and fairway woods often using titanium or composite materials, irons from stainless steel or carbon alloys, and wedges from soft stainless steel. Shafts are usually steel or graphite, and grips are made of rubber or synthetic compounds. Construction emphasizes balance, feel and durability.

Equipment standards are set by the Rules of Golf, administered by the R&A and the USGA. Clubs marketed for competition must conform to size, weight and performance rules. In organized play, a player may carry no more than 14 clubs; non-conforming clubs may not be used in scoring rounds. Regulations ensure fair play and uniform testing of equipment.
