fogív
Fogív, also known as a fog bow or white rainbow, is an optical phenomenon similar to a rainbow, but it appears as a white or pale arc. It is produced by the same mechanism as a rainbow, the refraction and reflection of light, but it occurs when fog droplets are much smaller than those in rain. The small size of fog droplets means that light is scattered rather than refracted at specific angles, resulting in a lack of distinct colors. Instead, the light from the fog droplets is seen as a white or pale arc.
Fog bows are most commonly observed when the sun is behind the observer and fog or mist
