In scholarship, feministoriented research foregrounds women’s experiences, unequal power relations, and the role of gender in social structures, often employing feminist theory, intersectionality, and qualitative methods. In media and communication, feministoriented reporting or critique seeks to elevate women’s voices, scrutinize patriarchal norms, and analyze representation and stereotypes. In technology and product design, it may emphasize inclusive usability, accessibility, and representation of diverse users.
