Felszólításra is a Hungarian legal term that translates to "upon demand" or "on demand" in English. It signifies a condition or obligation that becomes due or enforceable only when a specific request or demand is made by a party. This concept is commonly encountered in contracts, promissory notes, and other legal documents.

When a debt or obligation is payable felszólításra, the debtor is not automatically required to make payment at a predetermined date. Instead, the creditor must actively notify the debtor and demand payment. This demand can be made verbally or in writing, though written demands are generally preferred for evidentiary purposes. The specific requirements for a valid felszólítás are often outlined within the contract itself or governed by relevant statutes.

The felszólításra mechanism provides flexibility for both parties.
