Energisoid is a fictional energy-based lifeform that appears in the animated television series Transformers: Energon. These beings are composed of pure energy and are distinct from the mechanical Autobots and Decepticons, although they can interact with and influence them. Energisoids are often depicted as having a form of sentience and can communicate, though their methods of communication may differ from spoken language. Their primary characteristic is their connection to a substance known as Energon, the fuel source for Transformers. Energisoids are believed to be either creators of, or intrinsically linked to, Energon itself. Their presence often signifies a significant source of Energon or a point of instability related to its distribution.
