egyezményben

Egyezményben is a Hungarian term formed from the noun egyezmény, meaning treaty, convention, or formal agreement, plus the inessive suffix -ben. The inessive case marks location or context as “in” or “inside,” so egyezményben translates roughly to “in the agreement” or “within the convention.” It is used to refer to provisions, obligations, or statements that are contained within a specific document or to indicate actions that take place under the terms of that document.

In legal and diplomatic writing, egyezményben often appears when describing what is defined, required, or allowed by the agreement. Examples include phrases such as az egyezményben foglalt kötelezettségek (the obligations laid down in the agreement) or az egyezményben meghatározott határidő (the deadline defined in the agreement). The form helps anchor statements to the document’s text or to its scope. It is sometimes contrasted with az egyezmény szerint (according to the agreement), which points more to interpretation or compliance rather than the textual location.

Etymologically, egyezmény ben képződött formája, a szó az egyezmény szó alapját képezi, amely a verbális gyökérből eredő -mény képzővel jön létre, utalva egy írott vagy megállapodott szöveg tartalmára. A nyelvben tehát az egyezményben alak gyakran érintett tartalmak, feltételek vagy eljárások megjelölésére szolgál, amikor egy dokumentum szövegéről vagy keretéről beszélünk.
