detacheringswerker
A detacheringswerker, in the Dutch labor market context, is an employee who is employed by a staffing agency (detacheringsbureau) and then temporarily placed with a client company (inlenende partij) to perform work. The staffing agency is the legal employer, responsible for the employment contract, payroll, and benefits of the worker. The client company directs the worker in their day-to-day tasks and supervises their work at the client's premises.
This arrangement differs from a direct hire at the client company and also from a temporary worker
