In mathematics, deriviranje commonly refers to differentiation, the process of finding the derivative of a function. In more abstract algebra, a derivation is a linear map D on an algebra that satisfies the Leibniz rule D(ab)=aD(b)+D(a)b, generalizing the idea of differentiation to algebraic structures.
