deluros
Deluros refers to a genus of small, herbivorous dinosaurs that lived during the Late Cretaceous period. These dinosaurs are known from fossil remains found in North America. Their exact taxonomic classification has been debated, but they are generally considered to be ornithopods, a group of bipedal or facultatively bipedal herbivores. Deluros were relatively small, likely no more than a couple of meters in length, with a gracile build. Their diet consisted of plants, and they possessed teeth adapted for chewing vegetation. While not as well-known as some of their larger ornithopod relatives, deluros provide valuable insights into the diversity and evolution of herbivorous dinosaurs during the final stages of the Mesozoic Era. Fossil discoveries have helped paleontologists understand their anatomy, inferred their locomotion, and contributed to our knowledge of the ecosystems in which they lived.
