Crosstalking is a term used to describe the unwanted transfer of signals from one or more communication channels to others. This phenomenon can occur in various communication systems, including electrical circuits, telecommunications, and wireless networks. It is a form of interference that degrades the quality of the intended signal.

In electrical circuits, crosstalk is often caused by electromagnetic induction between adjacent conductors. When an electrical signal passes through a wire, it generates an electromagnetic field that can induce a current in a nearby wire. This induced current is the crosstalk.
