Coloradjustable refers to devices whose color output can be altered by the user. In lighting, coloradjustable systems typically provide tunable white, allowing a range from warm white (~2700K) to cool white (~6500K), and may also include RGB or RGBW LEDs to produce a broad spectrum of colors. In display technology or calibration contexts, coloradjustable describes the ability to adjust hue, saturation, gamma, and balance to achieve target colors.

Control is achieved through various interfaces: standalone dimmers, smartphone apps, voice assistants, or professional protocols such as DMX, DALI, or Zigbee. Some systems preserve luminance while changing color; others adjust brightness in tandem with color to maintain perceived intensity.

Applications span residential lighting for ambiance and circadian rhythm, hospitality, galleries, photography and video studios, and horticultural setups, among others. Benefits include greater flexibility, personalized atmosphere, and potential energy savings through efficient tunable lighting; limitations include higher upfront cost, potential color drift over time, and the need for proper calibration and compatible devices.
