When ceilceilx is used, it signifies applying the ceiling function twice. For instance, ceil(ceil(x)). If x is an integer, ceil(x) is x itself, and therefore ceil(ceil(x)) is also x. If x is not an integer, ceil(x) will be the smallest integer greater than x. Applying the ceiling function again to this integer will result in the same integer.
