bindendbindende
Bindendbindende is not a standard term in Dutch law. It appears to be a concatenation of two related forms derived from the verb binden, namely bindend (binding, as an adjective) and bindende (the present participle used as an attributive adjective). In normal Dutch usage one selects the appropriate form for the noun it accompanies, or uses a different noun phrase to express binding obligations.
