Allinduttanza is a term that appears in Italian-language discussions of circuit theory to describe a holistic view of a circuit's inductive behavior. It is not a standard concept in mainstream texts, but is sometimes used to emphasize the inclusion of all inductive effects in a network.

In this usage, allinduttanza encompasses self-inductance of each element, mutual inductances between pairs of elements, as well as distributed and parasitic inductances that arise from wiring, layout, and capacitive coupling. The mathematical representation is an inductance matrix L, where L_ii are self-inductances and L_ij (i ≠ j) are mutual inductances. The magnetic energy stored in the network for a current vector i is 1/2 i^T L i.

Calculation and use: To determine the effective inductance seen at a set of terminals, one analyzes the network with the corresponding current and flux vectors, deriving the input impedance from the inductance matrix.
