Alkalijordartsmetaller refers to the chemical elements found in Group 2 of the periodic table. These elements are beryllium (Be), magnesium (Mg), calcium (Ca), strontium (Sr), barium (Ba), and radium (Ra). They are also known as alkaline earth metals.
